I learned more about aromatherapy and how it can help with anxiety and be incorporated into every day practical products.
It was good to learn about the different ways oils can be used for effectiveness (i.e. apply topically vs inhaling, etc.). I had a great experience with Marie creating custom oil blends to incorporate into my daily life. Not only did the blends she created smell absolutely amazing, but they also made an immediate change in my mood when I needed it. I would absolutely recommend Marie for anyone looking to incorporate essential oils into their daily life!
